SECTION 1 – CANCELLATION
Your weekly bookings can be canceled 24 hours before the service time. If you choose to cancel before 24 hours, there is no fee. However, if you choose to cancel within 24 hours of the service time, we will charge a $10 fee for administrational purposes.
SECTION 2 – REFUNDS
Refunds are not processed on a service already performed. Since our drivers have to pick up your items, take it back to our processing center, where our employees work on performing the services you requested, and finally our drivers return your clothes back to you. Hence, we hope you understand that refunds are simply not a possibility.
SECTION 3 – REIMBURSEMENT
If you believe items are missing, immediately call us at 1-866-415-2995, and notify us. All items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Our team will immediately start looking for your items. Please do allow us up to 10 business days to locate your items as we have a large team, and need to check with our drivers, dispatch and fulfillment centers to find the items. We are successful in finding most of the items, however if we are unable to find your items within 10 business days, we will make it right.
For wash and fold, we will reimburse up to 10 times per item of clothing for the weight per pound that is $1.5 per lb. For dry cleaning, we reimburse up to 5 times per item’s service charge. Weekly Laundry will reimburse maximum of up to $500 per order.
