How Does It Work?

You schedule a pickup and delivery day and time conveniently through our website. We come to your address and pick up your dirty laundry in a laundry bag provided by us. Your laundry is processed then washed, dried and folded. Once we complete your laundry, we return your fresh clothes at your specified time.

Is There A Contract?

There is no contract. We just charge your for the service weekly or bi-weekly depending on your plan, and you can cancel the next month’s subscription anytime by contacting us.

How Do I Get Started?

You can sign up for our service by clicking here. You can schedule pick up day and time, and also pay online through our website easily. Alternatively, you can also call us at 1-866-415-2995 to place your order.

What Do I Need To Do?

You simply need to sign up once for our service, and our drivers will come to pick up your laundry every week, and return you with fresh clothes. Nothing else you need to do. Just kick back and relax!

Do I Need To Be Home?

If you won’t be at your home during the time of pickup, please leave your laundry bag outside your door. In the same way, when we return your laundry, and you are not home, we will simply leave the bag outside.

What Is The Turnaround Time?

We will return your laundry within 24-48 hours of your pickup time. If for any reason, we are not able to make it, we’ll provide you with an update.

Do I Need To Sort My Laundry?

No you don’t need to do anything. Just put all your laundry together in the bag provided by us. Our team will do the sorting before doing your laundry.

Can I Provide My Own Detergent?

Yes, you can, if they are in a single use disposable container. We do not accept big bottles, and are not responsible for returning them after use.

Is There A Pickup Or Delivery Fee?

There is no pickup or delivery fee. We provide that option for free, included within your subscription for your convenience.

Can I Schedule A One Time Service?

Our aim is to provide affordable pricing, great quality and laundry done every week for every household. At this time, we do not offer one time service.

What Areas Do You Provide Your Service In?

We serve almost all of DFW metroplex.

What Happens If I Exceed My Bag Weight Limit?

In case you do exceed the weight limit your plan supports, you will be charged an additional $2/lb.
